Description

The LC-125 thickness gauge has a built-in magnetic induction and eddy current effect integrated probe, which can non-destructively measure the thickness of the non-conductive coating on the metal surface and the non-ferromagnetic metal coating on the surface of ferromagnetic metals (such as iron, nickel and cobalt, etc.). Uses include measuring the thickness of the paint or galvanized layer on the surface of iron and stainless steel, and measuring the thickness of the paint or plastic film on the surface of aluminum and copper etc.

The resolution of LC-125 is up to 0.1μm. The measurement range is 0~2000μm and the accuracy is ±(3%+1μm). When measuring, the user only needs to quickly fit the probe tip to the surface of the object to be measured. During the process of shrinking the probe to the inside of the instrument, the instrument can automatically distinguish the properties of the substrate and measure the thickness of the coating (plating) layer.

LC-125 has a streamlined data display interface, and its screen display can rotate by 180° for easy viewing from different perspectives.
